Community Support Worker

Community Support Workers work in the Mental Health and Disability sector and make a difference in people’s lives. If you have a great attitude, genuinely want to help those in need and have experience working in the mental health and disability sector then this is the job for you.

Our clients have high complex needs ranging from those recovering from traumatic brain injuries, through to clients living with chronic pain. This is a critical role in fostering independence and recovery.

Life Plus recognises the need for you to keep your skills fresh. To assist you with this, we provide a range of courses that may include First Aid including CPR, Cultural Competency, Infection Control, Challenging Behaviours to name a few. Once you have registered with Life Plus and successfully completed our thorough recruitment process your dedicated Life Plus Consultant can discuss upcoming training opportunities that might be applicable for you in your role.
