An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality & Training Manager / Registered Nurse to join our growing team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Home and Complex Care Manager, supported by the very latest technology and a great team the Quality and Training Team Manager is responsible for assisting and supporting the Life Plus business in delivering appropriate quality and training support to its staff to ensure appropriate care at all levels, to all clients. Assisting with quality management to ensure ongoing adherence to Home and Community Sector Standards, organisation and coordination of training and Career Force Qualifications, competency assessments to identify training needs and Incident/Accident/Complaint management including actions arising from investigations.

If you are:
• A Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate
• Have relevant experience to this position
• Have excellent attention to detail and are process-driven
• Have a great sense of humour with a work hard, play hard attitude
